We provide a full construction service, this means everything from quotes, planning permission right down to the installation is handled by us. All developments are constructed to meet individual requirements.

Standard construction methods are as follows:

Base Works

• Survey site and set levels accordingly.
• Excavate top soil and vegetation. Place adjacent to site.
• Level & grade 100mm of road planings or similar.
• Compact, rescreed and lay damp proof membrane
• Construct shuttering for 150mm of concrete with A142 reinforced raft.
• Concrete laid level and square throughout.
• Paths, yards and roadways to fall away.
• One course of bricks laid as per base plan if needed.
• Drainage and other works to follow.

Please note, that all materials are to remain on site and secured by client.

Arena Construction

• Survey site and set levels accordingly.
• Excavate ground, strip top soil and vegetation. Place adjacent to site.
• Cut and fill soils to use as retainer as required.
• Laser level site.
• Place and lay geotextile membrane.
• Lay foundation materials and railway track ballast, or similar, 150mm in depth.
• Lay 60mm perforated land drain pipe encased in 40mm shingle, every 8m, also with open cast shingle drains (150lm total)
• All works rolled and covered with Polyfelt TS420 membrane.
• Finish with Equisand and additional materials, at 125mm depth.
• Fencing posts 2.4m x 125mm x 75mm concreted into the ground at 0.8m, with 1.8m intervals.
• 2 rails of 100mm x 38mm, 3 containing boards 150mm x 38mm.
• 2 gate posts 150mm x 150mm
• 1 softwood gate.

All timber tanalised and ironwork galvanised.
